Agreed. I would be interested in seeing what they found 'horrifying' or
sensational that is probably a normal part of the meat industry. Most of the
things I've read on the subject come across as articles written by people who
have little or no first hand knowledge of what is normal and necessary in meat
processing as opposed to what they eroneously think it should be like. 

Lay it on us, It could be eye opening and educational or good for a laugh or
two Hopefully it doesn't present the inclusion of organs, eyeballs and skin in
certain products as a bad' thing. Either way it sounds like something
interesting.

Ras (who freely admits he puts sawdust and bark in his period food regularly.
He calls them saunders and cinnamon sticks to throw people off.)
