When she's been kidnapped by Viking slavers and traded to the Arabs?  Or when
some looney viking brought back some of that lemon syrup?  Or if they are a
European Celt and one of those Middle-Easterners who went and studied other
cultures brought some along with them so they wouldn't be too homesick amid
the barbarians?  Or there are really strange foreigners camped next to you at
a gathering and *they* brought it?  Okay it is farfetched... ;)
