Off hand I would say that if you are going to do a period knotwork garden
(e.g. Elizabethan) the cosmos would definately be out. I'm not sure what
species silver mound and silver brocade are so I'll withhold judgement on
those for now. The crocuses sound great especially if you plant saffron
crocuses. :-)

And how does the fact you will remain working with the gov't a few more years
deter you from developing your land? Is gardening a restricted activiry for US
memployees?
