S'alright. Although your recipes were definitely OOP, thet also reflect the
recipes used for many a period venison stew- take what you've got, throw it
together, and enjoy. Venison is wonderful meat. As long as it's killed and
butchered properly, there's not too much you can do wrong with it, as long
as you taste test your spice combos and remember it's very lean.
