I have been struggling to read all the mail of the list, but when I
do get a chance to read through all my mail, I am quite amazed at the number
of recipies and factual information. I am quite certain that there would be
a number of individuals who would find this collected information valuable.
Is there an existing database of recipies from this list-or others? Is there
a place where factual informaton surrounding cooking in a period manner are
stored? If not, I would propose to create it. I have used up a site a
geocities (unfortunately :), and I know of no other FREE web sites. I would
be willing to collect them, type up the html/text documents and sort them in
an accessable manner on the site. What I need help on would be:
1) recipies...lots and lots of just recipies. I would take things you
interpreted, or found interpretations to...or even those that are not yet
intrepreted. I have some on my computer, dating from *winces* this month.
(My computer crashed, and I lost EVERYTHING).
2) a site to store the place-a FREE site, thank you. I am a high
school-college student currently with not much of an income.
3) factual HELPFUL information
Anyone who is interested in this, please mail me privately-unless it is a
comment directed at the entire list. I'm sure we all get enough mail from
this list as it is...
Thank you,
