SC - breakfasts?

We don't serve breakfast except at multi-day events. We just change 
shifts in the kitchen after midnight somebody, and make it a who's around 
job. When we have to leave a site by 12, cleaned, we tend to stop at 
about 10am. Otherwise we just pack up and go through the next day.
