SC - The Great Cheesecake Cook off

I am hoping that it will be cooler this weekend so I can use my little 
bruvver's oven to play with the cheesecake recipes which were so kindly 
posted to the list.  
If I make them well, and my bruvver leaves any behind (17 y-o boys have 
hollow legs), I'll squeeze some through the pooter and post slices to the 
list. <grin>
