Sounds like you have done a great job. I only hope when I have kids they
turn out that way!
my mother has no patience and the kitchen belonged to her! :-) so now at
the age of 27 I am just now learning how to cook (and burning my fingers
alot!)

PS How do you keep from burning your fingers constantly?!? ;-) Maybe I
am just a clutz.
