SC - Cheesecakes

I don't really know if there is a period recipe, but I know from personal
experience making period things, that sometimes cheesecakes happen (I was
making a VERY period angel food, and the original redaction left a the
outcome a bit too liquidy. So I baked it to get rid of the excess liquid.
I realize that is no "proof" that something was period, but these people
were thinking human beings, and probably dealt with errors the same way we
do, try to fix them...
Hope this helps,
Bogdan
