I'd say let's try it virtually, then once we have our ideas, try them for
real. I think it would be great fun, and an excellent challenge for the
many good cooks on our list- I suspect that advantage would be held by both
those with a strong period knowledge, and by those who have been fairly
broke at times and had to feed a family on creativity and leftovers.
