SC -gluten extraction

lol, I only have done it 5 or 6 times, I dont normally do gluten, I am a
carnivore. Somebody else off the list wanted to know how to do it. Though I
have to admit, there is a japanese shromp flavored gluten goop that comes in
tubes and if you are really careful squeezing it out into boling stock, you
can make fake shrimp that are neat battered and fried. Even fooled my mom
with it.
