SC - Dish I made

***Warning*** The following recipe is not documentable.

This last weekend we had a potluck event, and I always try to make
period items for these as I do my feasts.  I was planning on making
stuffed Asparagus from Cariadoc and Elizabeth's Miscellany, but alas,
until Wednesday of last week Asparagus was .99 a pound, but when I went
to buy it fresh on Saturday it was $2.99 a pound and horrible looking.
So I took another route and changed a few things in my mind.  I was
already planning on making Mushroom pasties as posted on the list, so I
decided I would improvise to make my meat dish.  I made the standard
mushroom pastie, then also made one with ground hamburger in it.  I had
16 request for the recipe with the hamburger in it.  I made sure to let
everyone know that I wasn't period, but, of course they didn't care.
They thought it would be a great fighter's dish, because it was even
good cold.

If anyone would care for the recipe, please let me know.
