SC - Alcohol and Kingdom Legislation

That is very true. How I wish that was true here.  I am hoping that with
more interest in period food in my kingdom.... this might change. As it
stands now in Ansteorra, alcohol will not be bought for use in cooking
with the SCA's money.  sigh...
