I was not offended, but was pointing out that i held the belief that
this was for cooking in the sca, period and non. al-Sayyid Ras is one
with great courtesoie ever ready to defend a lady.

not at all, jump in with both feet and learn. pro and semi pro cooks
only have the advantage of mundane training after lots of time spent in
learning more fomally. there are quite a number of self taught cooks in
the sca who are better than many pros i have known, and nicer attitudes.
i wont get into the frug here...

i am sorry if i sounded offended, as i keep forgetting, emotions dont
carry well in print, and i have a particularly european sense of humor
anyways.
