SC - Spotted Dick, recipie request

   I would like to be able to gate this to WWIVnet.  A sysop freind of mine
has PPPnet which allows Internet Newsgroups and Mailing Lists to be gated as
subs into WWIVnet.  But the digest version of SCA Cooks won't work for that
purpose.  I get the digest version.  So how would one go about subscribing
the regular multi-mail version?
