SC - (P?) Fish dishes and gold-leafing

It wouldn't present a problem for the mundane palette. But people who are 
not going to try things probably wouldn't try it.

As an alternative, what about ginger bread. (The one without the ginger 
in it)
It is easy to make, gilds well, and you can put cloves in it or do other 
neat things
