Gunter,
Do you think if a few of us cooks put together a petition of some sort
we can talk to the crown and seneschal about this?  We could give them
good reason why to stop the ban on reimbursment but also give them
reasonable ways to track what we are buying and how much AND what to do
to groups or individuals that abuse the privilage.  What do ya think?
