SC - Where are you?

Greetings,

I just discovered that one of the members of my group is now raising
quail and has an abundance of quail eggs. I am planning to do an italian
feast this spring and I need help with a recipe to use the eggs. I want
to use them in the Antipasti (either hard boiled or in some dish). IF
anyone has a recipe, I would love it!
