Greetings,
    I do have a period pretzel recipe, but not here at work. I don't 
recall it as being sweet, but I would be glad to share it. I do 
remember that the pretzels get "tough" if they are left out for a 
long period of time. I'll try to remember to bring it to work and send 
it tomorrow.
    Believe it or not, I found a new way to twist a pretzel yesterday 
in a Martha Stewart book, of all places. It looks as though one 
won't have to fight with the dough as much as with the traditional 
way, but the appearance seems the same, if you believe pictures.
