I understand about the cost thing. Last weekend I delivered 80 loaves of
bread to a feast for a cost of about $.88 per loaf. The total retail cost
would have been between $240 and $300, if the bread could have been found.
My question is why baking only 17 loaves would drive anyone crazy, that's an
evening's baking.
