SC - Wine, corkscrews

In answer to the several queries requesting which corkscrew I prefer, I have
to admit I am NOT a traditionalist when it comes to uncorking. My favorite
corkscrew is  the type with the 2 wings on the side. You simply screw it into
place and then push the wings down and the cork slides up.
