Uker is from the early 1930's and I am using the Second Edition of All
About Coffee.  I'm very sorry I don't own the book.  It may require a
little judicious xeroxing over the next year or two to get a copy.
Given time, I would like to chase down the historical information from
Uker's bibliography and review the physical evidence (utensils, etc.).
This is one of those subjects where I continually revise my opinions and
interpretations as I accumulate more data.
