Another new list member here

Just found the list yesterday

Growing herbs and cooking are two of my many hobbies and lately I have
been interested in Medieval Cooking.  

Looking for good books on the subject, I assume this has been discussed
in days gone by on this list but, does anyone have a good list of
recommended Medieval Cook books ???  

Also, is there an archive of notes from this group stored somewhere ??
