Not to nit-pic but there actually a "few" people allergic to sulfites, not
"many."  If you can eat lunchmeat, hot-dogs, eggs, cabbage, dried fruits such
as raisins and almost all preprocessed food then you are, in all likelihood
not allergic to "sulfites."  You may be allergic to sulfa drugs which are a
horse of a different color.  But your point is well-taken.  Thank-you.
