1. It isn't a pie.

2. It is in the Miscellany, as "Icelandic Chicken." The reason for that
title is that I first encountered the work in question in the form of one
of the daughter manuscripts of the (lost, presumably 12th c.) original,
which daughter was in an Icelandic medical miscellany.
