Ovens (was Re: SC - My Profile)

1. A number of people in the SCA have built brick and clay ovens on site
for wars and the like, and baked in them. I have seen them but not
constructed them, so cannot offer details, but they are at least reasonably
portable. Wulfric, in the West, is one of the people.

2. As an alternative, you might consider frying pan pastries. There are two
in the _Miscellany_, accessible from my web page, both period
Islamic--Marakabba and The Leafy Dish.
