SC - Apricot recipes?(was Byzantine Cooking)

Hi Diana:
I have a nifty candied apricot tart from the 1607 Arte de Cozina cookbook
that I've redacted.  I'm making it to show off & sample at Atlantian 12th
Night tomorrow.  It's good but quite sweet.  I'll post the recipe later if
you like.....have to go roll out the pie dough as soon as I get off this
computer :-)
