I beg your pardon, m'lord? To say that Cornish Game Hens are the same flavor
as chicken is a little deceptive, IMHO. I find that they do not taste any more
like chicken that a duck or goose or turkey. They indeed have their own unique
characteristics as do many other foods. 

I would inquire as to your thoughts on veal vs. beef or better yet do you
believe that the insipid Golden Delicious and the spicy, tangy Northern Spye
are merely the same thing> apples? Would you categorize ostrich or emu as
"still chicken"?

Or does your palette go a step further and call all birds> chickens; all
mammals> beef; all grreens> spinach; all fish> mackerel? 

It is not my intention to flame here but I am somewhat surprised at the lack
of  a trained palette that seems to be evident by the above post as I have
read your tho'ts on cookery to this list without the slightest reason to
expect the "It's still chicken " respoce from you.
