Greetings,

On the subject of poultry, I have always thought that there were three 
types of "chickens", regular chickens (Rhode Island Red, White Leghorn,
Barred Rocks, etc. which are basically raised for eggs), Bantaams, and 
then the game hens, the best known of which is probably the best know is 
the Cornish Game Hens, which are raised principally for meat.
