i agree with the redaction with the exception of beating 7 whites and
adding later, i wiuld add 4 or 5 of the whites, and just mix them in at
the same time as the rest of the eggs.
Not to mention you forgot splitting the dough mass in half and putting a
dollop of butter in the middle and forming a large ball. that is where i
would go ahead and cook it wrapped in a piece of sterilized muslin in
the traditional way.
I will however play with the recipe over the weekend, this being one
that i am not going anywhere particular and only have honeydo's that let
me putter around in the kitchen between task steps.
