Since Ldy Diana and I seem to be the only ones up at this hour, and I'm
EXTREMELY bored but not yet tired ( a bored Puck is a dangerous thing
people!), I also have a recipe request.
I come from good German root stock, and was taught at an early age to make
soup from scratch (as well as sausage, beer, trouble, etc:-), I have just
frozen the stock I made from our holiday turkey (3 gal) and ham (1 gal).
I
do this often, and from it make, I'm told, excellent turkey suop and
gumbo,
as well as a mean split pea soup or bean soup, but this year I want to do
something different. Lets start a new thread about what to do with all
the
wonderful stocks we have (I'm presuming we all have, it is a cooks list,
isnt it?) left over from the holiday feasts. I would love to do something
period, but am also looking for oop recipes if someone has a really good
one.
