all of the budgeting information sounds fine, but i'm really
concerned/interested by the "coffee and tea" part.  do you serve coffee
and tea at feasts?  even at breakfasts?  i have heard of people doing this
and wonder how pervasive this custom is?

i'll serve coffee, tea, or hot cocoa at a personal encampment, but will
not serve it or be associated with it as a 'provided' beverage at an
event.
