Catching up on 6 digests because I was sick:

You don't receive the digest version I take it :D.

I never minded the posts off topic until I started receiving the digests.
It is hard enough to sort through the important information without having
to read announcements that are very very off the subject of cooking. If we
want a general arts list the SCA-arts list is available. I love the cooking
list and will probably never unsubscribe to it, but it is a hassle to read
through a bunch of messages that are off topic.

I remember a few months back we had a whole bunch of information about
brewing being spread and Poppa wrote that as long as it was kept limited and
had to do with cooking in some way then it was okay on the Cooks list,
otherwise it needed to be posted on the brewers list. If I am not correct
than please excuse me. Cooking is my life, I costume occasionally. But if
I want to talk about costuming, I will read another list. Just my $.02.

If this comes across as grumpy I am sorry. I am pregnant and spend my extra
time at work reading this list and a bunch of messages that have nothing to
do with cooking make me grouchy!
