Good Sister Mary Endoline.. Grains of Paradise are a spice, used frequently in
medieval cooking. I think they're related to cardomon, but there is some
debate on this, and the last time I made a statement on them, I discovered
evereyone had a different sense of taste, which, when you think about it, was
probably the case all along. :-)

Anyway, there a spice, which you can sometime find in middle eastern, or
orental or strangely enough, health food stores..... and you'll love them.
