An easy cream sauce can be made with powdered non-dairy creamer:

Easy "Cream Sauce"

2cups stock, milk, or water
Salt and pepper to taste
garlic to taste
4 heaping tbs creamer
2 rounded tbs corn starch
1/4 c water

Heat liquid to slow boil, add seasonings and creamer, mix corn starch with
cold water and add to boiling liquid.
stir vigorously with whisk until thickened and smooth.
