Allison (and everyone else),
I very much enjoy the book, and I have found it most useful.  In fact, it
is nice that it even has (for those of you that can use them) the original
recipes in the original languages in the back.  I got it through Acanthus
books, for less than I saw it at a bookstore, and it was quickly sent and
everything.  Acanthus books has some really great stuff (especially that
cooking with insects book that I am going to order soon), and everyone
should use it.  Unfortunately, I am a five hour drive away from home, and
don't happen to have the book with me.  Mayhaps someone else can help...
