Way behind on the e-mail, just read your quote from Best's _Farming
Book_.  When he refers to 'puddings', is he talking about a dish like
Yorkshire pudding?  In the USA, 'pudding' has come to mean a sort of
milk/cornstarch/sugar/flavor dessert, and we have a hard time equating
the British derivations of 'pudding'.  What other sorts of puddings would
use any kind of wheat?  And, have you made any on camping trips that we
might use, as well?
