There is a recipe in Le Menagier de Paris called Hericot de Mouton which calls
for Hyssop. I made it recently for a Period Food pot-luck (a yearly event in
The Wastelands, in Ansteorra). It's basically a lamb and onion stew. I had a
hard time finding hyssop, though. I ended up using a tea (purely dried hyssop).
