Nothing really, I just think Kitchen Steward is more descriptive. As a "Feast-
o-crat" (NOT the worst "crat" I ever heard by the way... that would be the
person in charge of a demo.. you guessed it..) I have not only cooked, but
supervised others in cooking. Maybe it's just a perception thang.
