Another key point is that the Out-of-Town Clown failed to include a
permanent prohibition on the distribution of the flyers as part of the suit.
The defendants lost and immediately went back out on the street with
corrected flyers. To add to the misery, the flyers are now posted on sites
all over the Web.

In Alaska almost 30 years ago, MacDonald's came in and tried to run Grizzly
Burger, a local chain, out of business. GB fired back with a series of
scurrilous radio spots. MacDonald's got an injunction. GB blanked out the
offending words and continued to run the spots. Every so often, you would
hear the commercial in a public place and at every beep, the audience would
fill in the blank.

MickeyD's just doesn't seem to learn.
