Hello!  The new 2nd edition of 'Take 1000 Eggs' has 20+ newly adapted
recipes.  I'm taking a break at the moment, & just working on webbing the
culinary references found in Gerard (btw, just updated the site:
http://members.aol.com/renfrowcm/gerard.html ), Le Menagier, etc.
