Are you coming to Pennsic?  One of the 'variations' I'll be talking about
in my class is fritters.  1st Sunday AM, 10:00, I think, without
checking.  'Variations on a Theme', (unofficially subtitled 'No you can't
use Platina for a Viking Feast just because it was 'period'")
