No, but it is a urinary acidifier.  So is blueberry juice.  For this
purpose, it's not the acidity of what goes in your body as much as the
acidity of what comes out that matters.

And FYI, cranberry (or blueberry juice, if you can get it) is only effective
for prevention of urinary tract infections.  If you already have a UTI, it
has the opposite effect of aggravating the infection.
