Thank-you, Phlip. I didn't get a chance to taste the garbage after it was
finished. The last time I tasted it was just after I added the final salt and
additional savory herbs, along with a four finger pinch of cinnamon and a a
three finger pinch of ground cloves.I then remembered the egg whites that were
going to be dumped in the garbage, I recued them and mixed half of them in the
offal/bread crumb mixture, pouring the other half on top.  T he mixture was
then placed in an medium oven to bake.oven 

The rabbits were not roasted with the garbage under them. I roasted the half
done rabbits in the convection oven until they were a rich deep golden brown.
They were removed from the oven when done. At serving time, the garbage was
spooned on to the side of the serving platter and two rabbits were placed on
each platter. The sauce was them spooned over all.

I hope this clarifies things a little. I always make :"garbage" at every feast
that I cook. It always gets eaten. Somehow explaining that the dish is nothing
but garbage stifles further questions by curiosity seekers. :-) I wish I could
share a "recipe" but I have been producing "Garbage".for 12 years and the
roots of it's origen are lost to me. It is one of the dishes that I now call
"period-like" .
