Thank you for the clarifications--duly archived for subsequent use! 

 BTW, are you redacting any more of the recipes you hadn't done in 'Eggs'
or working on something else?  I've got your 3 books, and also some
earlier Two Fifteenth etc., but use yours the most as they are easier to
use.  I am so glad you did them.
