SC - Jerked Meat

My brother-in-law has just such a recipe. It is the only jerky product I will
eat (too many family camping trip as a child :;shudder!::) and can be made in
all sorts of different flavors -- teriaki, smoked. etc. He used to run a
restaurant/deli and made his jerky in huge batches in a commercial oven, but
he developed the recipe in a home oven, first.

He's away o vacation right now, but I'll ask him when he returns (approx.
78-26-98).
