SC - time and place for the get-together

OK - From Lord Ras's message (you know, we live in the same kingdom - we 
really SHOULD meet sometime :-), I now know that the get together is 
Tuesday of war week, but due to mundane job changes I seemed to have 
missed where and what time.  Can someone fill me in?
