SC - sign-on package?

Period vs. Per-iode (the ingredients are the same, but...)
Spices (grains of paradise, etc.)

Speaking as a newbie who was daunted, but not frightened off, a FAQ would have
been great!!! And as long as I'm here, could someone explain that "course/remove"
thing up there? Or direct me to a source?  :-)  Thanks!
