Kitchen Steward (was Re: SC - My last word on Feast-o-crats)

	Greetings Adamantius!	
	I think it is a term that started in the Western Kingdoms and was spread
by the military to Drachenwald.  From their it seems to have trickled down
to other Eastern Kingdoms, seems I remember it in use in Iron Mountain
(Meridies) in 1986.  But like you say if we want to all be called
something. . .  to our faces. .  . lets pick something we like and agree
with.  Now if only we could get courts to stop breaking up our feasts . .
