SC - OT Kitchener was Feast-o-crats

Kitchener was, if memory serves me, a british general (and Lord) in WWI 
(aka the Great War and the 1914-1918 war). Blackadder (the Rowan Atkinson 
BBC TV series) has a lot to say about how many millions of men were sent 
to be cut down by German machine guns in the mud in a herculean effort to 
moves Kitchener's drinks cabinet 100 yards closer to Berlin.

I don't know that posterity has regarded him as much of a strategist...
